We traded in our old vehicle for a used vehicle that we had seen online. We were rather anxious about doing this in covid times with not being able to test drive the vehicle or go round it like you normally would, but we were put at ease immediately by the sales team. We dealt with James Prentice he was brilliant from the start of the enquiry right through to the end. He made all the process so easy and really listened to what we wanted, answered every question as I had a lot and he dealt with it all amazingly. Thank you James we are very happy customers and would definitely recommend!

Did you actually do anything during my major service? Of the 5 easiest things I can check ZERO of them are done. It actually seems my car has deteriorated after having been serviced by you. In my opinion, totally incompetent and don't care either. Won't be returning.

Took our car in for a full service. Staff were very polite, friendly and the reception felt very safe. Everyone wore a mask and social distancing was well set up. They sent a video of checks being completed and when they called to say the car was ready to pick up, it had been cleaned. Very impressed by this Company. Thanks to all the staff involved.

There’s better Škoda dealers out there. I’ll be avoiding this one if only for the reason being that I’ll never have to interact with the service desk front of house ever again. Quite frankly it’s alarming that a business like this relies upon such “talent”.
