From the first initial contact for a quote, this company has been nothing but friendly and professional. Stuart came to fit my stairs carpet today, he has done an excellent job, cleaned up after himself to! Again, he was very friendly & professional. The carpet is excellent quality for such a low price. Can not recommend this company enough!

Excellent service from Mark and Terry from start to finish choosing a carpet for our lounge. Both have great knowledge gained through experience. The carpet fitters Charlie and Neil did a professional job in fitting the carpet. Ian the carpenter did a good job on the door. Trusted trader vendor. Mark is a gent to deal with, very flexible and accommodating. All his team are very professional. I went to Mark to get some laminate flooring for one room in our house. Terry in store is polite and spends time making sure you get the floor covering you want, he's helpful, and not pushy like some places. The fitters arrived early, and they clearly are experts.
