Excellent teachers Gemma, Gail and Trudy with numerous years teaching experience have helped the kids achieve great exam results. They have loved learning keyboard at this fantastic music school, I highly recommend it.

I have been playing keyboard, organ and piano since 1992 and still thoroughly enjoy it! Thanks to Trudy, Gail and Gemma's hard work through the years, and their friendly approach to music learning and collaboration, their music school has to be the best that Derbyshire has to offer. Studying music in school or through exam boards can suck the fun out of playing and enjoying music which is why most people end up sadly giving it up. But that is far from what you will experience with Yamaha Music School Derby. My time with them has also been sociable outside of classes and exams, I am still in close touch with fellow musicians. Whatever your level and motivation is with music, you'll be in great hands here, enjoy!
