Had this company to tend to my needs since 2013, at the beginning they were absolutely fantastic, the carers were absolutely first class and was a joy. Sadly with the way things have gone at this company, things went from near perfect to barely worth having. My daily call was a breakfast call. At the beginning it was 9-9:30 every morning. Over the past couple of years it got later and later, in some cases a carer wouldn't be with me until 10:45 (at which point I may as well have had brunch) After insisting that I wanted my calls back to as early as possible things went ok. I also asked that if a carer that had not been to me before was not available to then cancel the call and try and send someone who had next time. So imagine my horror this past 2 weeks where thu had consistently tried sending people I had never met nor had them tend to my specific needs. So I told them not to bother sending these people. This morning I had a phone call telling me that the company had contacted Social Services to give me 2 weeks notice to end my care.. If you are looking for a care company the admin side to this one is absolutely shocking, but one thing that they do have is carers that love their job and are brilliant at what they do. Just a shame the office doesn't do the same.
