Had a tooth out yesterday, everyone at the practice are caring & thoughtful, would definitely recommend them especially if you don’t really like going to the dentist, they are so friendly & put you at ease

The staff are always very polite and friendly, hence the two stars, but the quality of work has been extremely poor. I had a mould taken for retainers, which wasn't done properly so I had to go back to have them re-done. When I did I also had a fixed retainer put in, which detached itself 6 weeks later. During this time I also had a very confusing exchange regarding collection of the retainers and was asked the same question on four separate occasions over the course of two weeks. Such a disappointment and very frustrating.

I was referred to this dentist for a dental extraction of a broken tooth. I was given an appointment on a Saturday as I work during the week so this was incredibly useful. The surgeon I saw was so lovely and he was very calming and reassuring throughout. I didn't feel a thing and was done in no time. Would love to register as a regular patient here despite the distance from me.

On Saturday I had roots removed. I was very stressed but unnecessarily. The doctor performed the procedure very quickly and accurately. Has a great approach and a lot of empathy. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Thank you with all my heart. Alicja
