I love Five Guys burgers but this restaurant always gets something wrong. In the 5 times I've ordered here since opening, majority of the orders have been wrong. Every time I seem to be missing the bacon or cheese that I paid for and is on the receipt. I've never had it happen at any of their other restaurants. Please get your employees to focus on what they're meant to be putting in the burgers.

Well, I have never been here, I am diabetic, but that is not the reason I haven't visited. In my own mind I cannot justify the expense of a visit here, when you can get a double big mac or a double 1/4 lb , even a stacked zinger or filler tower burgers, locally, justifying the expense of 5 guys is difficult, I do like to be filled following a burger or meal xxx so there you have it
Five guys has the best burgers compared to all other fast food rivals. The shakes are also worth a try. A pricy meal but worth it once in awhile (I found the added VAT was what shot the price up). Open late til 11 with staff that are friendly and polite
