Beware this company chase up Opus energy late payments. Opus did not send me a final bill payment !!!! And within three days the final offer was reduced by 180.00. Having paid the full amount and then asked for a refund i was told no. So advice is not to pay the first offer.

Dragged out and delayed for no good reason other than solicitor busy with personal issues - when questioned, stroppy responses. Complaints are waste of time, reviews are done in minutes that simply cover up mistakes and fail to resolve. Better commercial law firms out there. Best avoided!

We are buying a property and they are working for the seller. The sale is being massively delayed due to their lack of responses. My solicitor has asked them to amend a address to which they have not responded 9 days later. Yes 9 days to change an address nothing else (to which they still haven't done so)!! An absolutely unacceptable poor service.
