Excellent service from Matty and Marissa, never worked for an agency before where the agents call regularly to see how things are going for you. Marissa, an absolute angel to deal with, very helpful, makes sure your paperwork is in to guarantee payment on time, and to top it off, super friendly. Great agency
I was being made redundant at my old place of work when I first got in touch with Ford & Stanley. My first point of contact was Matty Henry, and right from day one he’s been my main agent/consultant. I couldn’t honestly speak highly enough of him. With Matty it goes beyond lip service, once placed at my new employer, he even drove up to Newcastle with a grip full of polo shirts for me to wear with my gear. Since then, it’s grown beyond a professional relationship and when Matty phones to check in with contractual updates, the conversation is quite personal, he will ask about my children, about how things are going with lockdown. Top lad. On the finance side of things my contact is Marissa Gerard, and again, I couldn’t honestly speak highly enough of the girl. Even when I have made clerical errors with my timesheets and such, Marissa has been able to sort out the problems and has ensured that I’ve never missed a pay day. As mentioned before, the service goes beyond a professional level, it’s a very personal service and I regularly discuss on the phone about personal life. That’s the difference with Ford & Stanley, it’s not just a quick hit service and then you’re forgotten about, it’s a true professional relationship and they genuinely care. It’s all about the little things and the smaller details and both Matty and Marissa manage to represent the company to such a high level in the way the deal with me as a client. I couldn’t recommend Ford & Stanley enough. Not got a bad word to say about them. Thank you for everything.
Excellent experience, especially compared to another tech recruitment company I worked with recently who were very pushy when I told them I had other interviews and offers I needed to consider fully before I decided. By contrast the agent, Callum, was respectful and understood that I needed to make the right decision for my career. Agency have also been very helpful with following up and have gone above and beyond.
