Very helpful & friendly staff.
Bought a part for my sons bike, a voltage regulator after getting no help at all from the bike supplying dealer. Not the cheapest but genuine not after market part. Ordering was easy at both the warehouse and paying for it. Staff so helpful throughout and the only place I could get the part. Ordered and paid for at 11.45am Monday arrived and was fitted and working at 9.00am today Tuesday. Well happy cant thank them enough.
JOKE OF A COMPANY DO NOT USE! Doesnt even deserve 1 star, they have lied constantly about the state of a warranty claim to my local bike shop for 3 weeks, so i contacted them direct and they blatently lied to me aswell saying it has been approved when iv got proof from Ethirteen(i went one step thurther straight to manufacturer) they havent sent the info across! Do not use atall customer service is 0/10. Also was promised updates via email/call backs but didnt receive ANY atall
One of the worst UK bike suppliers you could possibly use. We have been in business 10 years have never had a bad experience like it. Orders wrong, sent us a load bikes on the mouth of Christmas that wherent for us and took up so much room in our store. Not even an apology. Took 3 weeks for them to be lifted. Staff are very cheeky, especially the lady on sales. Think it’s Michelle. We Spent hours Getting orders placed which is a hard job when they don’t give you access to the B2b. Every time we called to place an order they also said we had no account. A total if 6 applications where out in over the year and lost. Stay clear of this company as they will do you business more harm than good.

Ordered this part of this bad company on ebay they said they dispatched it 10 days later the item never turned up they never even looked into the matter or anything just refunded straight away they lied about sending it I even asked for proof of postage as u get proof on anything that’s sent by Royal Mail even if it’s standard delivery but no they ignored my question because there liars and they had nothing to send show if you look on ebay at there site moorelargeoutlet just look at all the negative ratings no items sent etc and this is suppose to be a main company that does electric bikes for Halfords sr suntour agent etc enough said
Shocking customer service - never respond to emails and then tell you to go to a local bike shop for a part they have in stock - if I knew that I would have gone to the bike shop straight away and not been messed around by then - zero stars - poor and shocking - since posting this - the company dealt with my complaint and it has now been resolved so a happy customer again
