The best veterinary I have been to. Very professional and extremely kind, friendly staff. Had to have my cat put down and they were so caring not only to my cat but to me and my husband too. Very respectful, understanding. Let us have as much time as we needed with our beloved cat before he pasted. Absolutely brilliant. Can’t thank you enough for all the care, support and understanding you guys gave.

I couldn't thank Luis at Pride Veterinary Centre any more. We've been trying to understand a very peculiar issue with my snake and Luis has been super helpful with providing us with the information we need. Hopefully his blood tests come back with some good news!

Our 18 month of dog was referred last week to Pride in Derby with a suspected foreign body in her lung. Pride were amazing, arranged the referral within an hour and saw our dog the following morning. The care they gave her was outstanding. My partner dropped her off, they Marc was very thorough and supportive. Charlotte was her consultant and very reassuring. Our dog stayed overnight and the care she had was second to none. When we collected her, Omar explained everything in detail but in a way we understood not just medical terms. Would definitely recommend......thank you for fixing our little girl she is now recovering well!!!!

Our Golden Retriever was extremely ill and had to have serious surgery and stay at the vets for 5 nights. We were, of course, incredibly worried. However, the surgery was successful and she has recovered incredibly well. We were blown away by not only the professional knowledge and skill of the entire team at Pride Veterinary Centre, but the level of communication and friendliness of everyone we spoke to really made the whole process so much easier. After having negative experiences at other vets, it was brilliant to experience such a high level of service and care. Thank you!!

This is posted 19 months after our Louie needed emergency surgery for a disintegrating disc in his neck. One photo is Lou the DAY AFTER surgery, the next a month later, and one taken about a month ago out in the sunshine. Who would quibble over price to see this handsome fella still doing so well?
