The nurses at the children's outpatients taking blood today (thurs 16th july 2020) were absolutely amazing! Our son is autistic with learning difficulties and was extremely nervous and upset about having blood taken, the 2 nurses (I didnt get there names) dealt with him incredibly letting me and dad deal with him and helping when needed but standing back when needed and then coming in to help , they read the situation beautfully and couldnt have been better !
