Went down for a look around today first impressions is it looks a very well kept venue stunning gin clear lakes only see two carpers fishing will be back soon with the rods hopefully meet the bailiff so I can get some more info but from the one carper I spoke to the 1st lake holds carp to 40lb but is the harder of the two I walked round the second one from what I am told behind the trout lake holds carp to 30lb and is the prolific of the two but a very weedy lake

As a local living some 3 miles away I had great expectations of Billingford, alas I have found the bailiff to be rude, unapproachable, racist and bigoted. He also stank of cannabis. The lakes look beautiful but they are terribly difficult to fish. The pit is not worth it, there are fish in there but the underwater weed is immense. The long lake has lovely carp in it but expect to catch them at night, during the day they don't do anything. This is a 3 year experience so far.

Racist bailiff. Impossible to relax. Constantly monitored and cars being driven behind your back.
