Hi all, Just had my Buccaneer Cruiser 1st service with Greentrees Caravan Store. I was met by the Aftercare Manager and a Technician on time on the service date as arranged. The Aftercare Manager & Technician, were very accommodating, and went through the service plan along with the warranty points that required attention. Most helpful and curteous, and left knowing my caravan was in good hands. When I collected the van, I was met once again by the Aftercare Manager along with a Technician, who explained in detail what work had been carried out, and did I fully understand everything? Again, very polite and helpful, and after being handed all the relevant paperwork I duly left a very happy customer. S Carter

Had my annual service here and service was prompt. The workshop staff were quick enough to take the van from us amd I had very little to do. Didn't even have to reverse it in. Had a problem with my pump which I thought would become an issue but Courtney sorted it all out so that by the time I came to collect, everything was already dealt with. Both drop off and collection staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. A good customer experience as far as I am concerned and Courtney, thank you.

We had a water leak in the roof of our caravan. The service team at Greentrees booked it in for repair ASAP and it was actually repaired and ready for collection earlier than they estimated.
