I returned a stale pack of cheese, purchased last evening this morning and this was correctly replaced. However of equal concern there were 2 customers in front of me who seemed to be oblivious of the need to wear masks in shops! The staff did not appear at all concerned???!!!

If you are going to have hand sanitizer please put it at the entrance of your shop not at the check out as people will then have already spread anything on their hands around the shop.Staff always gossiping
