Your never to old to try something new, or in a lot of cases start back up on something you gave up when you was younger or wanted to give it go, but it wasn't right then. So now might be the time to give it ago or second try. I did this and at the age of 58 as I write this, fantastic decision I made brilliant club and with all this worry going about this place is very safe, all safety precautions in place very nice family environment, for all ages. This is a good club

My seven year old wanted to try karate and I’d heard good things about this club and went for a free taster back in August. The result? We loved it so much that now we have roped my other child and Wife into training! As a family of four, it’s great to be able to do something together, and keep fit at the same time! The association is very well run, and the teaching is well coordinated to suit both children and adults at different abilities and grades. The classes are well structured, working in well around our busy life of work and the children’s school. It’s free to try for a lesson and you might be surprised by how much you enjoy it. Highly recommended.

I have now been a member of TSKR for seven months now from when I started working in the Norfolk area, from my first visit till the present the experience and atmosphere has only become greater. TSKR offers a pleasant and friendly environment for all ages everyone is made to feel welcome, I am a big believer that everyone should try to better themselves and TSKR is a good place to start and I am glad I took the opportunity, as I have never looked back as all I have done is strive to be greater than what I am since I have begun training here.

Everyone is nice and your made to feel welcome, ive seen a big difference from chloes first day to now and she really likes terry he is very good with the children
