Contacted Design Acrylics because I wanted some custom barley twist cake stands made for our wedding cake that I couldn't find elsewhere online. Initially, they came back to me, friendly enough, but kept asking me what size plates were needed... I don't know what this means (I don't bake) but gave the measurements that the cakes themselves will be, figuring they could figure it out. Nope, still wanted to know plate size (I still don't know what this is) so they told me to phone through to phone Mick on his cell so he could describe exactly what he needed to know so I knew what to ask the lady making our cake. I called multiple times over a few weeks - no answer, and no response to my voicemails. I tried calling the landline number and sounded like it had been disconnected. Emailed again (a couple of times) and asked them to call me because I wasn't having any luck getting through - no response. My last email was a month ago and still haven't heard back. Waste of time and additional stress when trying to plan everything else for our upcoming wedding... Very silly - would have thought they'd want the business! Not impressed.

Amazing service. Ordered a bespoke wedding cake size and partition. All custom made and measured perfectly.
Parcel went astray, nothing unusual there and I would not blame a company for that. However when I try to query it with them I find that they do not respond to emails, I try to ring and they do not answer their phone. When I eventually got someone on the phone - after 8 tries of the phone ringing out (no voicemail facility either) he says he will look into it and find the tracking number and get back to you, but he never did. Truly awful customer service received. Fortunately I rang my local sorting office on the off chance and found they had my parcel, dread to think what would have happened had they not.
