I contacted Design Time via email as the store is currently closed due to lock down. I was so happy when Maxine replied and we managed to arrange for her to visit. Maxine listened to what we needed and promptly gave us two quotes for us to look at. We were kept informed when our work would start and then Matt and Darren arrived! When you choose Design Time request these two chaps they are incredible their workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. They were funny friendly super efficient clean and tidy. Turned up when promised and even did me a few little bits that wasn't on the job list!!!! Excellent value and quality our job was only little but it's made a big difference to us. THANK YOU XX

Tried a few bathroom design companies around the area and Design time was the first to respond, absolutely great work from start to finish, special thanks to Maxine who did a great job listening to what we prefer and given us valuable ideas towards the design of the project and finally produced a stunning design. The fitters both Matt and Darren were fantastic and always kept us informed, the attention to details from both the design to the execution of fitting is amazing, highly recommended.

Maxine at Design Time created a beautiful bathroom for me, I told her I only wanted to do it once and I wanted to do it right, her design was perfect and for me, a no brainer. The guys who did the fitting were fantastic, so clean, tidy and hard working. There were delays due to Covid but communication was kept open and I was fully informed. When the time comes to have my kitchen done, I will be using Design Time and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them! Thank you so much

We approached several bathroom providers but chose Design Time because they were very helpful at the design stage and quoted a good price. Maxine did a great job of taking on board all our ideas and requirements to come up with the design and it was great to see it take shape in virtual reality. We wanted to keep the original bath and wash basin and we very much appreciated the way they incorporated these into the design. And a big shout out for our fitters, Matt and Darren who were fantastic - real craftsmen, for whom nothing was too much trouble and a real pleasure to have around the house. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Thanks all for a great bathroom!

Where do I start? the designer! Maxine has got a great sense of style, we loved all her ideas as some spaces we didn't know quite what to do with them, she would definitely guide you through until you reach the right design for that awkard space, we have several professionals i.e. electrician, plasterer, the fitter, etc they work with top professionals, those ones that you want to have when you are searching for a tradesman by yourself! We had some hiccups, this is our 3rd kitchen, and we have always encountered some! But it matters how a company deal with them, and Design Time, our assigned project manager Paul, was always there to help and listening to sort things out. Thank you guys! It is a top quality company with amazing customer service. It was a pleasure to work with you guys. And here are some pics! Our favourites, the hot/filtered water tap system, the breakfast bar, top quality granite! the pantry (where I can hide a millions things but have soooo easy access to! the flex hob, the pull out bins (great size! not too big not small at all, and this is for family of 5!) We love our new kitchen and we would highly recommend Design time! if we ever move again we would definitely go back to them! Merry Christmas x
