My glasses never arrived...I kept being told they would send out a replacement, which they didnt and then was told Id be given a refund...they emailed me a refund receipt which never reflected on my account even after 10 days so I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Really bad experience.
Great service, speed and efficient. Good communication throughout. Really pleased with the replacement lenses for my Oakley sunglasses , frames tidied up to .. look like new
After contacting them, DesignerOptiks very quickly gave me a reasonable quote to repair my lovely sunglasses. I accepted the quote and sent the glasses off. They were repaired on the day of receipt and returned immediately. The gentleman I had contact with could not have been more helpful and my sunglasses were repaired and returned within 48 hours. I could not have asked for more and I would definitely recommend DesignerOptiks to anyone.
