Brilliant service! I purchased acar last week and the team are so friendly! I was looked after by Barney who was super helpful. Some garages out there are pushy but this is not the case here. Even when I came to pick up the car Barney helped me by showing me how to set up the Bluetooth etc. I would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased my new BMW 1 series from Desira Fiat Bury St Edmunds and the entire experience has been fantastic. I was looked after by Barney, who was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable - he really made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The service provided was incredibly thorough and I felt as though all of my questions were answered during my visits. Barney always followed up with a phone call following any emails I had sent regarding the purchase of my new car and everything was explained in great detail (it was nice not to feel as though you were being rushed out of the door once the sale was confirmed!). The new car on collection was immaculate - so thank you to the person who did such a fantastic job valeting it! I must also say thank you to Dave, who was so lovely, polite and welcoming. You guys make a great team and it was a pleasure to visit your showroom (which in my opinion, was a relaxed, welcoming and non-pressured environment). My partner called up today and asked to book in for a test drive at the weekend. The response was "I'm sorry, we have an event on this weekend, so we will be too busy dealing with people who are actually interested in buying a car". Shocking! We currently have a baby due and 2 impractical cars. Money is sitting in my bank, ready for a car purchase this weekend. Looks like you just lost a customer who was 'actually interested in buying a car". (I believe the salesman was called Barney).
