I had the most excellent, attentive and proffresional experience in the nissan garage with the wonderful jonathon. He spoke to me about evrything I needed to know and in the correct jargon so I understood clearly. Jonathon spoke to me in regards to my purchase and even about things that would happen after the sale was complete. Jonathon gave me a courtesy call a week or two later just to make sure I was doing okay with the vehcile. He is honestly a great credit to the nissan store and company! thank you so much for lovely new car and to Jonathon for making it soooooo much easier!

Picked up my used qashqai a month ago and am very happy. Can’t believe I found the exact spec I was looking for and with the added bonus of buying from the only dealership who made an effort when I was looking. Staff always very pleasant and helpful when you speak to them. Tea and coffee available for self service is great when snagging a charge but can be frustrating if you arrive after a lengthy drive and they've not restocked the cups or machine!
Good custemer service
Nissan dealership which takes pride in its work. Good customer service from polite staff. Site is easy to access near the airport, with plenty of customer parking. Good selection of new and nearly new cars for sale. Bright and airy space for waiting whilst work is completed, with complementary drinks, a few magazines, free WiFi and toilets. TV shows dedicated Nissan adverts which are interesting the first time around. The seats aren't that comfy, especially if you are there for a long time, which is usually the case! On the upside, your car comes back clean and shiny and you know that work has been done by trained Nissan staff.
