The worst after Sales Service, I have ever experienced. When purchasing your vehicle, as rightly so, you are looked after 110%, but as soon as the tyres leave the Forecourt, you are swiftly forgot about. Any issues call, but don't ever be expecting an answer or a call back, just continuous chasing, and you'll still get nowhere. Make sure you get the name of the person you were speaking to each time, as every time you call, the next person is not updated, or hasn't a clue on what the issue is.

Bought a second hand VW golf from Desmond's motors in Omagh recently. They sourced the model, spec and colour I was looking for and car was immaculate. You would think it was new. Highly recommend Desmond's. Thanks Paddy.

Worst customer service would not recommend this garage to anyone bought an anti theft kit for my van was given a price for it fitted then was asked for an extra 100 the mechanic could not do it so I took it to my own mechanic parts missing can not use it. Waste of time and money
