Have booked 3 holidays through Krystian and he is a pleasure to deal with. His prices are competitive and he always goes the extra mile to ensure everything will be perfect for you. We like the fact that he is local we can talk face to face and most importantly he seems to always understand our individual needs and ensures our holiday caters for it. We are glad he was recommended to us and would have no hesitation recommending him to others. We will use him in future for our holiday bookings.

I've booked my holiday in August with Destination. Great service, Krystian helped us to choose the right holiday for my family. It was my first booking with an agent and I found it quick and easy. Kyrstian was very helpful, he even answered the phone in the evening. Highly recommended, will definitely book again.
Krystian arranged our fly drive holiday to California and we couldn’t have been happier. We had an issue whilst over there, emailed Krystian and he sorted it out immediately. They provide a great service, value for money and we would definitely use again!

Extremely Disappointed Customer I contacted Krystian who owned this travel agency in 2017 when they were based in Hunstanton to book a once in a lifetime cruise for myself and my wife to celebrate our 60th Wedding anniversary. At the time the shop in the high street was open and I was able to speak with the staff. The booking process was somewhat unprofessional as we had to go through the Q & A numerous times before the computer worked. I then provided a copy of our wedding certificate which was faxed through to the cruise line. In March this year after repeatedly phoning the travel agent for the boarding passes I gave up and went direct to the cruise line who provided them., We arrived at the ship and booked in only to be advised that they had no knowledge of our wedding anniversary. They tried to contact the travel agent but again without success. So our 60th Wedding anniversary came and went without any celebrations. I have since tried to contact the agent who has not returned any of my calls. The cruise was completely ruined and I would not let this agent book a taxi for me in future let alone a holiday.
