Great initial service. Professional installation. Sadly the after service of the office staff have been very frustrating. Disappointing lack of communication and empathy with regards to our needs of some basic after service requests. We have contacted the office over 6 times and visited at least 4 times and yet they still fail to be able to provide the after sales services we expect.. one of the windows is now leaking and they appear not to care.
