The experience I had was with the managing director. Can't say anything negative to be honest. Very honest an open down to earth guy who's got old school values in my opinion.

Facilities need improvements also would be nice to have a smoking area within the compound I understand that it's top priority is there business but if you are charging people to stay they need facilities in full
