Really bad!! An hour later & delivered cold. Forgot to send a pitta bread with a large donner kebab.. rather than admit and apologise told me I have to send a message specifically stating you want a pita bread when ordering a large doner in pita bread. Ridiculous. I would avoid.

Awful customer service. Ordered a large Donna kabab with extra onion and an extra pita bread. Chicken burger and chips. Donna kabab was just meat- no salad- no Pita bread. Rang to let them know they made a mistake and they told us it was our mistake for not ordering the Pita bread separate as nothing is included in a large Donna kabab but the Donna meat! (Never been the case the last times we've ordered) She argued the case on the phone telling us we're in the wrong and we should have ordered every separate component that makes a Donna kabab. Again never been the case in the past. Chicken burger was soggy and cold and the chips were stale. (They'll probably say that was our fault for not ordering it fresh and cooked) Avoid at all costs! We will be!
