Just been to Dewsbury royal mail pick up point to pick up 2 parcels that I have waited a month for, checked on line opening hours it confirmed 7am to 10 pm thought that wasn't right checked another site said 7am till 6 pm. Set off got there notice on door saying closed, open 4 pm till 6 pm for collection. Absolute disgrace by royal mail you have people coming by all the way to your offices and spending time and money and you can't get your parcels absolutely disgusting service. You cannot get a parking space and you cannot be bothered to update your website I know hours are different with businesses due to covid but get your times changed so you are not messing people around, what happened if it had been a pensioner who had caught the bus to go and get there parcel to get there and your CLOSED you want to be ashamed. Good service royal mail.

Went today to collect a parcel,where a card had been left,as I was out! I checked the times on the website & arrived in plenty of time on Saturday 12.30pm, knowing the collection office was open til 2pm....it was closed,just a message on door to say website timings were wrong! Why not just update it?Not happy!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Talking to each other and chatting away in the measley 2 hours we have to collect our parcels, and then after it is few minutes over closes the door and say come back tomorrow we are closed. Laughing and pointing at all the people waiting outside in the rain, when they saw me looking at them, it made them laugh harder. This needs to be seriously looked at and corrected.
The blonde woman behind the counter has the worst attitude ive ever experienced! Not only did she have me waiting whilst she chatted away to her friend behind the scenes she then had the cheek to tell me there was no way she was going through a few parcels to find mine which were 4 foot away from us both! I tried to explain it was urgent but she told me i had to come back tomorrow!! Disgusting customer service and not even anyone queueing..pure lazy with a cant be bothered attitude. ..not good enough Dewsbury Sorting Office
