One of the best food places in Dewsbury! I've been here many times and have also had food delivered from them. Highly recommended! Don't let the prices deter you! The quality speaks for itself. Menu is diverse, and good for any picky eater. Food is cooked well, and everything I have had has been delicious! The interior is light and vibrant, and the atmosphere is pretty chill. Staff are friendly and keep the place pretty clean. Sometimes the food has been slow to come out, but the food has always made up for it.

Firstly, they don't accept card, they don't give you proper change. Staff have no idea how to do their job and look at me in dismay when I request a knife and fork, a drink which I paid and the correct change. Get your staff on some training course, need some common sense. Won't come again. Shocking!

Just got back from Cocoa Lounge... went there in a taxi and returned in a taxi, invited some friends over for an enjoyable experience but it was one of the worst experiences any of us have had... cold unfriendly manager who has no idea how to deal with her customers. There is much that I want to say but I'm not one to name and shame so all I will say that it's been an abysmal experience. Food is over priced.. drinks were not given with the burger meals until they were asked for. Napkins were not given until we asked for them and even that we were asked how many do we want. Awful customer servicing. The super nova burgers that were ordered came in small buns, there was nothing super nova about them. Overpriced. The only consolation is that I spoke to the owner and he apologised profusely and said he would speak to the manager... what he said I have no idea because not even an iota of change came in her attitude instead at the end we were told by the other member of staff that was there that ' if you've finished and not ordering anything else can you leave because we have other customers waiting' .... just shocking and poor experience overall... Had brought the kids to celebrate their exam results but it was a very poor day out. Initially the table we sat on had a previous customers rubbish on and we sat at that table for 10 minutes and nobody came to pick up the rubbish left. Only given the one star due to owners apology before we ordered our food. We were asked by a staff whether we wanted any water or drink on the house? There were 8 of us and were given 4 drink cans... Came back home thoroughly disappointed and would not advise anyone to go.
