Nothing I can say against these guys at all. Absolutely incredible and efficient customer service and support. No hassle at all porting 2 landline numbers in to SIP. Very reasonable pricing and super responsive customer service, can’t get much better than that!

We were coming to the end of contract with our previous VoIP provider and Dial9 came on the radar due to their relationship with our website hosting provider, Krystal, who are also awesome. I have to say that their prices are competitive, the control panel is the best I have seen and the reseller package is awesome. By far the most important plus point though, is the support. It is absolutely critical that customer support provided to resellers is quick and helpful so that we can provide the best level of service to our clients. Support provided over the last three to four months has been outstanding, a complete contrast to our previous large VoIP provider who will take up to 4 days to respond to a problem and invariably deny any responsibility for their mistakes. Highly recommended.
