Russell and Davo were amazing!!! Truly. I rang them on the off chance they could look after a piece of mirror for me as I was moving from London to Gloucestershire and had nowhere to store it. Not only did they oblige - they stored it for over two years and cut it for me where the removers had damaged it AND never complained or asked me to move it before I was able. Russell was so kind. Very rare to find someone who will help and provide such a service and NOT try and exploit you! They also beat a quote I had for some reeded glazing I needed. Result! So glad and lucky I called them. Cannot recommended them highly enough!

Diamond Cut Glass ...Just used this comany to get a replacment sealed glazing unit after breaking the original installing a window, they supplied a new one in under 2 hours. Thanks guys!

Over the last few years I have purchased several sets of sealed units however I have had 3 units whereby the units have broken down when the first one broke down I contacted them and due to the time I had had them they aggred to replace it, when a second broke down a few months later I was informed that i would have to pay for it and when I returned the failed unit they would see about refunding the cost, however their member of staff stated that the unit had been sat in water and the wrong packers had been used this I knew not to be the fact as the window well was dry however there were not prepared to refund the cost although it was still within their warranty. When the third and one of the largest broke down I didn't even bother contacting them as I could not see them replacing it and I am not prepared to pay again. This review is placed on this batch of units.
