Took deposit for a window and then never answered phone. The fancy website is false. There is no factory or units. He is operating from a delipidated terrace house. I went to house and he refused to answer. Waited outside for an hour until his wife answered. She said he was asleep as he worked shifts until 3am. I asked was he installing windows and she replied he works as a delivery driver. I got my money back by refusing to leave. No excuse or apology. He's done this before. I have a feeling that if the deposit was higher I would not have got my money back. The company no. advertised has no records at companies house. There is a reason why this website is cheap. Avoid this crook like the plague.
