If I honest it's gone down hill, they use to do a good job, but lately the last 3x,s I've come home to find the car had scratches from these zips while they lend over to clean also it was still dirty.. this time was the worse, there was dirt all over 1 side. Plus the leathers was dirty so windows ended up filthy, even after we gav a Christmas bonus. Will not be using again.. this was last chance.

Terrible car wash yesterday, missed bits that I’ll have to go over. They weren’t even busy at the time. Charged 7 and expected to keep change from a tenner. . And their response below would indicate where the issue lies

Always friendly and wash the car well. They can get quite busy at times, but they still do a good job. Good value for money.
Took my van there this morning normally pay 10 for wash and dry plus windows in side and out then they tried charging me 20 lost my custom
