After concern about a growth on my face and wishing to be seen as soon as possible I rang few clinics but couldn't get a speedy appointment. On ringing Diamond Skin Care I immediately felt at ease. The person on the phone was sympathetic, kind and very helpful and I made an appointment within a few days. On seeing the Consultant I was again quickly put at ease and confident in his diagnosis. My whole experience was one of consistent professionalism and kindness from the whole staff team. Nothing was too much trouble.

Was hesitant to go private at first for various reasons, but the team here proved any hesitation to be completely wrong. It has been quite the journey for me dealing with my condition and I have so far not encountered a more attentive, supporting and friendly team! I went to Diamond Skin Care with a small lesion on my nose that was bothering me cosmetically. I had an initial assessment where the issue was diagnosed and three weeks later arranged an appointment for removal. The small incision has healed and it looks amazing. I am so happy with the results! All of the team were very supportive and made sure that I was comfortable and had full understanding of each stage of the procedure. I am very grateful for their work.

They have put me at ease totally on every occasion and dealt promptly with any treatment that I needed. They are lovely and friendly and always make contact to check up on me after my appointments. i was referred to Diamond skin care by my own GP I have had problems with my lower legs for 2 years and they were getting worse, i decided to attend a private clinic. I was given 2 appointments the first visit and a follow up. I must tell you i was very impressed with my consultation, following the the advise and medication given by diamond my legs were in the best condition they had been for many months. I was very pleased and impressed with Diamond thank you.

The service that was provided was excellent and I felt like a human being! and not a number (like the NHS). They always reply to any queries that you have and the staff have been very polite and understanding. The Consultant that I saw was very helpful and I was so pleased to finally get a result with conditions.
