excellent care and personal service. Kelly helped us choose our mini, she was so friendly and helpful but not at all pushy, and couldn’t be more helpful when we decided to have sensors fitted and the wheels upgraded before collection. We were kept fully up to date with progress and it was a great handover experience, nothing was too much trouble, highly recommended, and many thanks Kelly, very happy with our new mini.

A huge thanks to Peter and Philly from MINI who sorted out a stunning Cooper S for me and got a little extra on top. I overheat easily and also am photophobic so the extra dark tint windows gave made a huge difference to the car being cooler when you first get in and also helped with glare of lights behind me at night. Also this car is bad AF (is that what the youth says these days?) He takes off like a rocket launching. It's SOOO comfortable and the heated seats are lovely for back problems but the car is also so much fun! And everyone looks jealous or envious. The guys at MINI are always lovely and helpful LOVE MINIS.

Hi, I came in the other day for a little browse and I was pleasantly met by a lovely lady on reception called Izzy who was amazingly helpful to help find what I was looking for. She also put me at ease and feel very safe in this COVID situation that’s happening at the moment. A very refreshing and pleasant visit 10/10 will happily pop back in when we are next in bath.

I came in recently with a slow puncture on my car and was greeted by a girl named Jess on reception, who was very efficient and took my keys. The puncture was fixed in no time! Would recommend Mini Bath highly for friendly and quick service. The COVID measures were also very re-assuring.
