Supposed to rebuild engine on our scooby billed us but not new as billed totally a waste of time taking them to court dont nobody use this company totally piss takers not a recon engine but second hand had check another garage be ware of these

Received amazing service and care whilst my vehicle was undergoing works. They got my car up and running very quickly. Didn't hurt my wallet either lol. My go to place for all car related stuff.

Replaced my engine- forgot to change the cam chain. Although was billed 2300 for the job including new chain kit (The reason the last engine broke) agreed to replace it under warranty. Then made excuses for 4.5 months as to why it was not possible. Not had a car for nearly 5 months now. Court claim issued.....being ignored currently.

so I have to say what a load of c...p after giving them a great review I have to take it back. so my Q7 had a new engine from these guys 4.500 picked car up engine out, new one in all good picked it up all good. NOT AT ALL so before I payed the 4.500 they was on the phone every day sending pics step by step and all was good. until you get a problem with it then they don't want to know about it. iv rang and rang and rang also sent messages but nothing. the warranty isn't worth the paper its printed on to be honest. so now the engine is burning oil like 1ltr every two weeks at 15 a ltr where the engine was taken out and new one went in its leaking oil on the seal from engine to gear box. broke down also because water hose wasn't connected properly blew off and dropped all the water from the engine. sump plug leaking oil dripping as washer used was wrong one. pipes not clipped back on and loose rattling on engine. this is going cost me 100s to all be fixed at a local garage who is taking pictures. so don't use engine r us as soon as you pay them they don't want to know and iv tried to ring text and message for last three weeks. if any body needs proof of this I will show you all pics of the shambles of what they do. also the records of phone calls and messages with no replys. warranty shamble of s..t if you ask me.
