Terrible, terrible service. Statements are all over the place, always charging for services that are not received, or not even stated in their contract. Machine breaks down frequently and it's not replaced. Consumables are very expensive.

I was using one of the more well known Franking Machine providers for my small E-Bay business and when the lease came up for renewal I decided to get quotes from other companies. One of those was from Digital Post and I was very impressed with not only the price they quoted, but also their professional attitude. Their service and attention to detail is second to none and they really do make you feel like a valued customer. 5 Stars!
