Having called on a Friday afternoon (after getting no response from two other listed contractors) he could not have been more helpful agreeing to come and have a look the following morning - a Saturday. He arrived on the time agreed and very quickly identified the problem and replaced the satellite dish LNB in very quick time. He also realigned the dish while on the roof and now the picture is exceptionally sharp with no fragmentation. Very happy customer.

Tom installed our aerial and dish when we moved in. A thoroughly professional job, he arrived exactly when he said he would, cleaned up any mess made and even took the time to make sure all cables were in the best places for our TVs before they were even in place. Thank you for an easy install!
