Fantastic service. Picked up an installation warranty fault that was booked in to do on Monday (today Friday) - when I called Greg to explain we’d been without heating & hot water for a week he went above and beyond to get things completed quickly. He called the warranty company to bring the appointment forward, Carl collected parts and fitted & resolved the issue quickly early Friday afternoon saving us the inconvenience of a further weekend with no heat & hot water. The fact both guys went that extra mile was impressive and really appreciated. Highly recommended & will definitely use them again

I booked one of their gas engineers at late notice to come and do a service on my old boiler. The engineer (I believe his name was Greg) who arrived was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and considerate and went above and beyond. Upon me asking about a separate issue (plumbing) he was more than happy to look into that as well and was happy to explain things to me and gave me options to think about. I also asked about the options of a new boiler fitting and he took time to sit down and explain the pros and possible cons of certain boilers and which ones would be best suited for our house in relation to the size and output levels required. Competitive Price, Excellent Service. Will DEFINITELY be using this company again and would whole heartedly recommend them. 5 STARS!

As we were expecting our little boy in the coming months we decided to get the boiler replaced and we used Diligent Energy Solutions. We hired Diligent Energy Solutions for heating installation and a boiler move. The guys were extremely professional and friendly offering us advice on where to put our new heating system. They arrived on time and completed the job promptly. We cannot recommended these guys enough. Like a lot of people who live on their own I am always apprehensive when employing people to work in my home, these gentlemen were great, responded to messages promptly, they were respectful and professionally friendly, installed the boiler at a reasonable price with the minimum of fuss and tidied up after themselves both inside and outside. I had a very small concern after installation and they were more than happy to return and address making sure I was completely happy. Would recommend them highly

We used the guys to get a quote for a new boiler and move it from a bedroom cupboard. They suggested moving it into the loft space so as not to take up space in our living area-a brilliant suggestion! They provided a very competitive quote in good time and were able to arrange an installation date soon after. They were punctual on every occasion, laid dust sheets down before they started, and ensured we were happy with the plans before commencing any work. They cleaned as they went and didn’t stop all day. The new boiler is working really well and they even closed off the hole where the old vent was (which we hadn’t asked for.) All 3 guys (Carl/Greg/Jaden) were friendly and explained the work-I was happy to leave them working in the house whilst on the school run. Excellent advice, good value for money, clean (you wouldn’t know they’d been) and friendly . We could not recommend these guys enough!

Excellent service from Diligent, a problem with the boiler was diagnosed quickly and a prompt repair carried out. The engineer was friendly and courteous throughout the job and left the area clean and tidy. I found them to be thoroughly professional and reliable, and would not hesitate recommend them or to use them again if the need arises.
