Placed order Friday evening in error - emailed them with order number 10hrs later (Saturday morning) to cancel and request to not send item - they replied saying they needed Wowcher code and address before being able to process. I replied immediately and guess what - no further communication from them. Item (that I didn't want) arrived Monday morning. 7 postage to me and guess what - if I return for refund they said I have to pay return postage. What a joke. Based on other comments I'm not going to return otherwise they'll say item was lost no doubt... Will be reporting to Trading Standards - disgraceful. Also item was cheaper on Amazon! Valuable lesson learned - I'm surprised Wowcher deal with this company.

I have 4 security lights on my home bought 2 one was ok when i needed the other it did not work had it checked out unit dead seal were put wire through to connect broken clamp that holds wire missing bulb loose in the box it was to late to open case with ebay said they would refund me 3 months ago still waiting cowboys d.j.w
