Its reasonably high cost to get in but well worth every penny. All rides and exhibits are free inside and unlimited rides on everything (limited to 3 rides on the excellent and well preserved 120yr old carousel). The exhibits are wonderful and the gardens are so beautiful. The food at the café was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were lovely too. Enthusiastic and engaging. We spent all day there with a baby and 3yr old and everyone had a wonderful day. Highly recommended.

I'm surprised that although social distancing markings are set out in the store, at the 2 tills however the customers are very close together without any kind of partition that you see in other shops. When I pointed this out, then I was told by the staff that the place was following what was legally required. That may be the case ... but if you care anything for your customers, then also do what's LOGICALLY required. UPDATE : I think they've taken the comment on-board, and got it better organised now.
Beautiful Christmas display with competitive prices,friendly hardworking staff especially in the restaurant. Good selection of goods overall. Well worth a visit
Garden Centre that sells plants and gardening items. Imagine that!! Also has a cafe, small soft play area. Ideal for toddler's.
Nice little play area, which has the potential to be great however the waitress service is somewhat below average, infact appalling. 1, it can take 15 to 20 minutes to get served a coffee 2, the tables are NEVER cleared, leaving customers to move the previous persons cups etc. 3, because no one clears the tables or even wipes them clean, food liters the floor.
