Fantastic trainer, have been to many trainers but Helen is the best I've met so far. Have come away with lots of new techniques for training my dog to practice with. Very informative and lovely lady. Would highly recommend!

Truly amazing. I have been going to NDT centre for 5 years now, having taken both my previous and my current dog there every week for a weekly group lesson. I have learnt so much about dog training and handling through Helen who is absolutely brilliant. Dog training without food which means your dog is trained to respect YOU! Obedience training for pet dogs up to high standards to develop a dog who is smart, safe and enjoyable! I cannot recommend Helen enough. This is the place to go!!!
I have just been to my first puppy training class here and have left after about twenty minutes. I was expecting to be given lots of encouragement by the trainer and shown how to hold the lead, etc. Instead, I was made to feel humiliated in front of the whole group. Helen made it clear she didn’t approve of my choice of collar or harness but instead of offering me advice in a discreet way when I arrived, she chose to disapprove of and question my choices in front of everyone else. She also criticised me for not praising my puppy enough and again she did this by using a loud voice in front of the others. She made fun of my puppy’s name too. I am extremely keen to learn how to train my puppy and to take on board advice so I will find another trainer, someone who will give me confidence as a new dog owner and support me rather than criticise.
