I ordered 15 pounds worth of items. They came quickly and all in one package but there was a missing item (a photo album) and the box of chalks were all broken to pieces and the box split open. I emailed ditzy doll who asked me to send a picture, apologised and offered to send a replacement box and replacement photo album. Only a couple of days later I received a small parcel that had the replacement box of (yet again broken to pieces) chalk but still no photo album. I again emailed to thank them for the speedy response and asked about my photo album to be emailed back 2 days later telling me that my parcel had been delivered and to take it up with Royal Mail. I am still waiting on my photo album. Find it strange that a 15 pound order of a fair few items was sent in one package yet 2 replacement ones have supposedly been sent separately and one has mysteriously disappeared. Shame on you for passin the blame. Clearly never been sent out and no intentions of doing so.

Caution! Extremely suspicious as we ordered an item and never received anything. It’s a familiar story from other buyers on other auction site with one receiving an empty envelope. Seller makes no effects to assist with questions once the money is taken. Avoid as you won’t get your money without a fight!

Be wary. I did receive my goods but Royal Mail had had to repackage it as the polythene envelope was way too flimsy for the items I ordered. The tracking number given wasn't recognised by Royal Mail and I got no response to contact through their website which doesn't have a phone number either. I did find a mobile number on their facebook page but didn't bother calling. Am surprised Amazon accept them as a supplier. Update. NOW I get some response...... I'm sorry Ditzy but there is nothing you can do now, it is too late to help me. The goods finally arrived in a new package courtesy of Royal Mail but for future customers you can package stuff properly, put the correct tracking numbers in your emails and provide some contact details you actually respond to BEFORE you get a bad review. Another update: As your email is now bouncing it seems the only way to reach you is through Google review.... Please can I have a proper VAT invoice?
