Sadly I was disappointed. Visited the dive shop to browse and to discuss joining the club and doing an AOWD course. Felt dismissed and put down as I had completed my OWD overseas (note - it was a 5 star PADI school I trained through). Made to feel ignorant for even considering an AOWD course. Even if that was the opinion of the person in the shop there are ways of communicating that to build up a customer's trust.

Required a replacement Mares Ergo Inflator, pronto. Did a weekend order via the online shop only to find that orders didn't get processed until Tuesday. Put a note on my order to clarify it's urgency and I was more than pleased to find Northampton Dive had posted my crucial part by special delivery, it was in my hand Tuesday morning. Thankyou very much.
