I wish I read these reviews before placing an order with this shop: I ordered an O2 sensor a month ago, and it turns out the item wasn't in stock. I'm absolutely certain when I ordered it the item was listed being in stock - I'd never buy such an item with an ambiguous delivery date. A week after ordering I contacted Divers Warehouse. They stated that the item from the supplier will be delivered by the end of the 3rd week. So far nothing. If I had ordered the item from the US it would've been here sooner. Avoid this retailer

I needed an affordable wetsuit for a holiday to red sea, based on a conversation with shop staff who looked up current temperatures they recommended a 5mm full length suit. I'm a large chap was when we went to the rack I was surprised to find 4 or 5 that should fit me and having tried a few on I went with a very stretchy 'Bare' suit. (no I had not heard of them either before). When I got to use the next week in Egypt, wow, was I please, toasty warm, no water flushing, just perfect. Thanks you Mark & Michelle, for your advise and help.
Visited yesterday and received some excellent help and advice on what was right for me. Couldn't fault them one bit and the price was really good too. Even though it's an hours drive from my home I will be visiting again without a doubt.
Tried to purchase Cressi Frog fin strap online, before I place the order, I called in to ask if the item will be available as it was out of stock everywhere, they advised that it will take 10 days to be delivered as it will come from Italy. 14 days passed and no Fin strap, I looked at the reviews online and some of them were really bad so I panicked and asked to cancel the order and refund me, I cancelled the order and they advised the refund will be me made in the next few days, a week passed and no refund. was very furious and called them for the refund, they advised there was an issue on their online refund system and they will do it manually from the shop card machine, someone on the phone took my card number and refunded me straight after. Was an interesting experience but with a positive straight forward out come.
Great customer service. Got all my husband's diving gear from this company. Full of smiles and friendly staff. So helpful to someone that doesn't know much about the scuba diving Great work guys keep it up xx
We spent over 180 on snorkelling equipment at the shop, taking care to try on the products to ensure a good fit. After less than 3 months, one of the Mares masks started leaking through the left lens/skirt. I emailed Divers Warehouse and they didn't respond for 2 months. I then used their contact us form. They said that the mask was not covered by the Mares 2-year warranty. Despite the 2-year warranty being stated on the documentation with the mask. The only thing they could offer was a 4 discount on a replacement mask. Mares guarantee is apparently only valid with authorized re-sellers, which must mean that Divers Warehouse is not an authorized re-seller. I will go elsewhere in future and would advise anyone who cares about after-sales service not to order from them.
**SCAMMERS** DO NOT order from this place. They have been reported to trading standards and we have recently been informed that they are currently under investigation where possible e-crime charges may be brought forward. We have tried to get our money back after ordering and have received no goods or correspondence...we have provided them with out bank details for a refund multiple times but nothing has been done. It is clear they have no intention of paying our money back and are in fact just a bunch of crooks. We have now begun proceedings to get our money back via our banks fraud team. I doubt these guys will be trading online much longer with the authorities now on to them. Save your self the hassle and shop elsewhere!
I ordered a torch from Divers Warehouse in February, I have now sent 3 emails, and made 4 phone calls and visited twice. Nine Contacts! The last phone call was 2 weeks ago, the lady I spoke to faithfully promised that the touch would be delivered on Tuesday the 25th, once again the torch has not arrived! This without doubt the worst shopping service that I have ever had. I purchased the touch with some gift vouchers that my wife got me for Christmas, I asked the lady to refund my wife's card she refused saying that Next would not refund vouchers so they would not!!!
