We chose D&M to fit our new windows because we were concerned about changing the appearance of our little Victorian terraced house in Ruddington and their reputation in the village preceded them. Our windows were the original sashes of 120 years and although a lovely feature, were beginning to need attention. There was a lot of work for the guys because of the age but they did a wonderful job taking the originals out, fitting the new mock sash windows and tailoring the architrave around the windows inside to make them look like the originals. We are so delighted with both the workmanship and the windows and have received no end of compliments from neighbours and passers-by. In our opinion D&M fitters are true craftsmen and D&M quality is second to none! Joy & Barry Chamberlain

Kevin and co are busy guys and there is a relatively long wait for the windows to be manufactured, however it is well worth the wait for perfectly fitted windows. The fitters are polite and accommodating and really take their time to get it right. Personally I had no communication issues and received my quotation quickly. Will definitely be using again. 5
Just had windows and doors replaced. So pleased with the result. The fitters were lovely. Highly recommended. Well done.
Excellent service from Kevin and the fitters at D&M. We had a new front door fitted within just 2 weeks of enquiring! Visiting the showroom was super helpful, allowing us to see all the combinations and colours available. The fitters were incredibly clean, fast and polite. I can't recommend them enough and we'll certainly be using their services again.
Excellent service from Kevin and his team. I ordered a new front and back door and they were fitted within a couple of weeks. Installation was done to a very high standard and the quality of the doors feels good. Recommended!
Totally hopeless! Used them for my old home with no issues but when I moved to my new address, they never even bothered getting in touch. 3 years later I was asked for recommendations who to speak with re upgrade of the windows in our Lace Market residence (for approx 30 apartments) .... yet again, despite what would have been a lovely order, no one bothered calling back. We've since found another window company in Nottingham and got a great deal ... so thats over 120 windows they could have installed!!! Their loss I guess! UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM D&M: Firstly, I left a negative review in 2016 not because I didn’t receive a quote in the timescale I wanted, but because (as here) no one ever bothered to call me back. I never had a visit! Here I also received a call from Michelle after leaving negative feedback; again saying she was ill hence the reason I didn’t get a call back (seems like illness is always the excuse). I did receive a voicemail from D&M; but on that voicemail they called me by the wrong name and said they would call back on a specified date. They never did! Michelle at D&M denied this occurred so I emailed her a recording of her voicemail to prove what she actually said. They also didn’t leave another message recommending alternatives; I got a call from Michelle who was unhappy re my review asking if I would remove it; and it was here she said she would text her recommendations. As Michelle said, I don’t have a personal issue with D&M - I was just annoyed that on the last 2 occasions I made contact, no one bothered to come back to me ... at least not until I left a negative review!
Not very helpful. I ended up going somewhere else. Staffs communication skills need looking at . I actually feel like putting a minus stars .
I'm delighted with my new Solidor front door - I am so pleased with it that I plan to replace my back door with the same but in a slightly different design. Michelle is great to deal with. I totally recommend them.
