We spent an absolute fortune on a high-spec kitchen in 2017. Now, my freezer door fell off, my click-vinyl floor is faded and scratched, my pop-up electric socket doesn't work, my island LED lights haven't been finished, I have NO guarantees or receipts for any of my appliances OR the kitchen itself. It would appear this company has gone to the wall now and I'm not surprised. Customer service was non-existent, communication terrible and workmanship horrendous. The worst experience EVER. I'm heartbroken.

Can't fault these guys, organised everything from plastering to electrics to get my new kitchen done. Units are really well made and the worktop finish and joins are perfect. We'd been round most of the local places and price wise these guys were the best- well recommended :)

We purchased our kitchen in November 2017 and we are still waiting for the receipt, as we do not have proof of purchase we were unable to send of the warranties for the the equipment we purchased through DM KITCHENS now several items are not working and there is nothing we can do!! Whenever we go in to the store or try to call we are fobbed of with a excuse. Disgusting customer service. I do not recommend! !
Terrible communication, terrible customer service, a company that promises the world... until your money is in their hand and then you are left, like myself over a year after first date of install still awaiting reciepts, warranties and remedial work, gave up and hired a new contractor to complete the work. Dont return phonecalls, dont keep their promises, what should have taken 2 days took 9 while we waiting on proper parts and appliances being supplied as promised. Genuinely avoid or agree not a penny will be paid until the work is completed to standard. As i write this review my cotractor has informed me my "bespoke" cabinet is not cut to size, square or properly made.......
