DMS have done the following on my house: Underfloor and Roof insulation; Loft Flooring; new radiators; a complete overhaul and redesign of the central heating system; new HW tank, additional header tank, relocation of mains water stop, and much more. I was pleased with the work across many areas. The planning and advice were good (the only company not to try and recommend an inappropriate combi-boiler). The installation teams have been experienced. They were able to troubleshoot long-term problems in the heating, problems that other companies were not capable of resolving. The standard of the work has been high. Work has been transparent, quality components were used and the teams did not take shortcuts. They were also able to come up with clever solutions to solve several problems. I remove 1 star in my review due to the terrible back-office coordination of the workmen and the time they wanted the bulk of payment before a job was fully finished and the system had not been commissioned properly (again due to a mix-up of which workmen should have attended the commissioning). Several times workmen either didn't turn-up when expected or turned up at random times and expected access. This said, I will use DMS again based on the positive points and I hope that the constructive feedback will be taken on-board.

Needed a loft ladder fitted quickly. D.M.S. did the job. Staff were excellent start to finish. Got a quote right away and even though the actual job needed extra work and took longer than thought they stuck to their original quote. Workmen were great no cigarette breaks or phone calls like many. Happy to recommend D.M.S. will use again.
Very fast and clean install. Slight issue with the way the floorboards that were removed during installation were refit, but this was easily fixed after the job was completed. Having underfloor insulation fitted has definitely made an improvement to the warmth within the house. Would recommend this company.
Extortionate quote to start with, quickly reduced when I mentioned other quotes we had received. Were able to do the job quickly afterward (cavity & underfloor insulation). Reasonable job, although some bare areas of underfloor remaining which they said they would come back to look at but have not as of yet. Took three e-mailed reminders to get certification for cavity wall insulation to be sent out.
Great advice from the sales advisor and didn't feel and pressure sales like some other companies. Fitters attended for under floor insulation and provided a great service. Part of the floor wasn't accessible due to underground level; the cost of this was deducted from the job without any issue. Great service guys, thanks.
I had a few telephone conversations regarding the work I required to be carried out, I did agree to the quote and was happy to go ahead. However when the work men turned up they informed me that I was unable to get what I wanted due to the position of beams in the loft and was also unable to get a ladder, I was rather annoyed at them not having a proper check before agreeing to the work I requested. I would strongly recommend that they actually visit properties intended for work rather than quote over the phone as I would probably have decided against the work to be carried out but felt obliged as they came at short notice and I had already paid my deposit.
Had pretty much everything done by these guys in my new house and must say was an excellent service from start to finish. Would like to than Carl for looking after everything from the word go. will definitely be recommending you to my sister in law.. •new heating system •loft & cavity wall insulation •brand new windows & doors
Work was carried out within two days of initial enquiringly in a very satisfactory manner. Unfortunately the men did not have any sealant and despite two requests to have the job completed we are still waiting. Also we are still waiting for a receipt despite two requests. Overall the job was very satisfactory - the follow up not so good. Eric Dixon
