Great place for walking in the forest, we did the waterfall walk and were very impressed. Tracks were well signposted and parking wasn’t too bad if you’re there for a quick visit. Visitor centre is not great at the moment due to restrictions but looked nice from the outside

The original MTB trail centre, still try and visit a couple of times per year, there's so many different graded trails for riding and also walking, the views are simply stunning, highly recommend the waterfalls

Absolutely lovely tranquil area. Nice for strolls, hiking, biking and mountain bikes. Plenty of rest spots. Spent hours here taking our tine following well signed post treks. Ambition is to return mid autumn or late winter.

Large forest park excellent for walks or running or mountain bike rides. I did all 4 walking trails. Lovely river walk ideal for a very easy stroll with the kids. The waterfall is a challenging walk albeit beautiful but some steep slopes with lots of loose stones so need to be pretty fit. The dog loved it and paths do cross with bike trails so keep a, look out. There's toilets and a cafe and I loved that there was a tap you could fill up your water bottles up..... A lovely touch

The original M.T.B trail centre and still up there with the best, loads of trails to choose from, from rocky tech to fast flowing to killer climbs amazing views and even if it's wet or raining the trails still flow well. Not into M.T.B there's still lots to do loads of different walks, geo caching, trail running, a good cafe, bike shop and running shop reasonable parking prices, you won't pay more than 7 and that's for all day. Please note the cafe is closed at the moment due to covid, take a snack or lunch with you and you'll still have a great time
