Terrible customer service gave out details of 2 other customers without prompting claims they no longer sell the Preston manor so will no longer replace the parts which is incorrect you can buy the dolls house everywhere but be careful as if you have parts missing or broken they won't and can't be replaced as you can't get them anywhere else it's a shame as it's a gorgeous house it's just not worth spending so much if it's broken buy something else from else where
