The staff is so rude. I love this shop but my only problem is with the manners of the staff. I used to buy at least 2 items every time I go there but instead of smiling at me they keep looking at me in a strange way especially the old women. Last time my daughter was with me,she refused to buy anything .She said we don't have to beg for their kindness. Really disappointed
We went there today and the person who served us was pleasant and helpful.
Absolutely disgusted. Was so exited to be purchasing a suitcase I've wanted for a while for my holiday in Spain but this occasion was ruined by not an employee but THE MANAGER!! Heard her making transphobic and homophobic comments to someone not sure if they was an employee or not but I was disgusted . Walked straight out! Would never return. This is 2016! How are these companies hiring these nasty people! Her name was Sheila. Hope something is done to resolve this. Not happy.
