Can't fault this service. As an asthmatic with an infection they literally had me in within 20 minutes to check me over. Exceptionally caring, professional and very nice people. Everyone I dealt with was kind and thoughtful. If only my actual (not to be named) doctors surgery was like this. I seriously can't fault this out of hours service. Amazing.

Absolutely rubbish tried to get in two days with a seariosly bad chest infection no phone call back so I rang back up to a extremely rude lady on the phone so I asked will it be today what time do you close she said yes! It’s a same day health care we don’t close so 8.10 pm I rung back sorry we are now closed it turns out it closes at 8pm so I thought must be the phone so I drove 9 miles to find out it was closed later i had to go hospital I am now making a formal complaint to the manager avoid at all costs

Each time we have visited here we have been seen on time, unlike our local village practice and been treated by very caring staff. The appointments are thorough although but not lengthy. So you are seen within 10 minutes and on your way. Excellent practice.

Excellent service. The staff are caring, friendly and professional, they explained everything to me, gave me the treatment options and reassurance I needed and did it within a 20 minute appointment. Can't praise it highly enough!
